Patients

Yes. We take health insurance and can process most major insurance carriers. If we cannot, our clinic partners offer an affordable cash pay option.

Yes. Our platform can provide patients with electronic prescriptions to over 70,000 pharmacies nationwide through the SureScripts network.

No. Currently, we only operate in Louisiana in select markets, but are working on expanding our reach to all 50 states. Click here to be notified when we are in your area. 

Video visits are priced based on your co-pay with your insurance carrier. In the event, that your insurance cannot be processed, cash pay prices on our platform range from $49 to $69.

There is an additional $39 fee from Relief to dispatch a nurse to your location. Depending on your insurance coverage, your doctor may charge additional fees as well for tests and more complex visits. 

Yes. Video visits on the Relief platform are HIPAA-compliant and use the most secure encrytion standards to keep your data safe. FaceTime and Skype are not HIPAA-compliant and can run the risk of security breaches. Onsite visits are only performed by trained, licensed individuals who have gone through a rigorous background check.

Yes. Relief does not employ any medical providers; medical services are provided by existing medical clinics that are on our network. The medical providers on our platform are employed by these clinics and are subject to the same rules, regulations, and standards of practice.

Clinic Partners

Yes. We take health insurance and can process most major insurance carriers. Our system checks eligibility and collects any copays up front. For high deductible plans, you set your own fee schedule.

Relief does not bill insurance or the patient. Relief collects all fees and passes it to the clinic partners. The clinic partner is responsible for billing payors and collecting balances from patients. 

Nurses are provided by Relief. 

Relief is the only platform that allows clinics to achieve high-complex billing codes by leveraging field nurses for expanded data collection and testing.  Clinics are able to bill the same CPT codes as they would for an in-office visits

Getting started on the Relief platform is extremely easy. Once a contract is signed, it takes less than 2 weeks to start seeing patients.
